In this video, I'll be discussing the importance of setting rules in business, especially during peaceful times, to make better decisions during periods of stress and uncertainty.  I believe it's important to set conditions during peaceful times, such as drafting partnership agreements or prenups so that when everyone is not smiling and happy, which is inevitable in many situations, the conditions have already been set.  For example, we always put customers before profit, and we won't take shortcuts or make decisions based on short-term economics.
