Phil Gibbon has been an Agriculture tutor for over 20 years and talks fondly of his memories teaching self-confessed naughty boy "Little Ben" Nicholson in 2005.

Ben also shares his experience of Reaseheath and how, after a year of doing animal care, he wanted to move into agriculture and now has his dream job of being a dairy herd manager.
