Due to some writers block I just hit record and let it rip.  There’s some nuggets in here but you’ve got to be patient.  The funnest part may be the list of what I didn’t get done today!  And even more :).

Omg my hair!  It is just gigantic today…  When I repurpose this content lol.

What didn’t happen today.  Slogging through the mud.  Creating the speaker invite page is not coming together as fast as I want it to.  But it is coming together.  Always more steps.  I should find a who, but I don’t know where to find said who…  “So I’ll just do it myself”.

I didn't:

• I was gonna reach out to my speaker referral; that didn’t happen.
• I was gonna work on my taxes for 4 hours; that didn’t happen.
• I was gonna get one of my speakers his questions for the interview; that didn’t happen.
• I was gonna watch the “30 days interviews”; that didn’t happen.

Fortuitously I moved “reply to the no’s and maybe’s” to Monday.  At least I had the foresight to see that the reply to the “no’s and maybes” wasn’t gonna get done.

…my fears around this.  It is just talking longer than I want to.  The days keep adding up.  It’s two steps forward one step back.

I did:

• Learn some funnel tech.
• I got Vimeo up and running.  To avoid the YouTube branding.
• All of the sudden I was writing code today that didn’t work.

I’m definitely in the mode of “how am I gonna record podcast episodes” I’ve got writers block.

I hope I’ve come up with something better by the time it comes to edit this.

It’s overwhelming to figure out what you don’t know.  I don’t know what I don’t know…  I don’t know what to ask.
