This week Dan is joined by Adam Stockstill! Adam and Dan discuss the importance of using the community around you to recruit new players and activate volunteers. They also discuss how having kids sell the program to other kids can be incredibly effective.
A little bit about Adam:
Husband, Father, Youth Director, HS Assistant Coach. Founding Member of Bowie Boys Lacrosse. After being away from the game for 20 years, he came running back when his son, then a 3rd grader, said he wanted to play lacrosse.
