Bill Hall is a life-long Alaskan, a 30-year commercial salmon fisherman, and former mayor of Cordova. He’s served as the executive director of Governor Sheffield’s Fishery Policy Task Force, on the boards of the Cordova Aquatic Marketing Association and the United Fishermen of Alaska. After helping to establish aquaculture in Prince William Sound, he worked as a legislative aide to Sen. Jalmar Kerttula, writing the legislation that created the state salmon hatchery program.
