From the many names of Allah (swt) is His name ash-Shakoor, often translated as The Appreciative. But hidden in the meaning is also that Allah (swt) is the One who multiplies the rewards. We see this in action all around us. Our opportunities multiply beyond our ability to take them. Blessings multiply around us beyond our ability to count them. Allah’s favors are abundant and even in gratitude and thanks to Him, we utilize the words of praise and thanks that He teaches us in the Qur’an.
