But we have become a culture obsessed with a kind of false freedom—licentiousness and the ability to be our own god and arbitrate our own reality. And we’re not talking about just the left. Insidiously, many on the Right and so-called conservatives also want to arbitrate their own reality. The ideology is actually the same as the left, just applied differently.
