An expert in psychometric assessments, he's also coauthor along with Georgi Yankov of "Personality: A User's Guide" published by Robinson. We discuss all things personality, the traits that best suit a leader, correlations between certain of the Five Factor Model and intelligence, dark empathy and charisma, and much more.
