As of today, we're at 29.8 inches of water in the snow as the Utah average. Specifically compared to spring of 1983, this gives us context about how much water will come down from the mountains. Scott Paxman, General Manager of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, joins the show to discuss how they are preparing to shepherd the spring runoff.
