Travel restrictions have been in place since Canada introduced lockdown measures last March. These restrictions aren't prohibitions but rather, strong recommendations against travelling internationally and domestically. Rumneek (@rumneeek) sat down with Carol (@caroleugenepark) to talk about the "loopholes" of the travel rules on the one year anniversary of the pandemic.
