On this episode of the daily weekly we will examine the University's approach to how Professors are hired at The University of Michigan. On Mar 22, 2023 Michigan Daily News Writers  Sneha Dhandapani and Irena Li reported that former university President Mark Schissel would teach an immunology course in the fall of 2023. With this news The Daily Weekly decided to investigate the hiring process regarding how Professors get hired to teach at the Ann Arbor campus and if the process was highly uniformed or varied among departments and colleges within the university.
