Whenever people ask “how are you?” How do you respond? It’s okay to not be okay, but find somebody to really talk to! You’re not alone, we know “it could always be worse” but sometimes its good to talk through your problems with somebody. “Two heads are better than one”! If you ever need to talk my contact info is in on my profiles! Never take matters into your own hands! There are people who care!
At least find more positive things to focus on in this world filled with negative! Let’s all work on being the light we want to see instead adding to the negativity that they’re feeding us!
