How do you feel?

Seriously, stop what you’re doing to NOTICE how you feel. It sounds weird, I know – we’re so used to our own feelings that often we forget to really feel them.

It matters to notice what you’re feeling as you feel it because so many of our feelings are patterns we’ve gotten in to that we don’t notice or question, and many of them don’t serve us very well. When you get in the habit of noticing how you feel, you can teach yourself to refocus so you can feel better.

So – notice how you feel. Right now, how do you feel? Do you want to feel that way? If so, yay! If not, what can you do right now in this moment to change how you feel?
