There’s a lot going on — which reality are you tuning into? Lately I’ve seen the victim narrative hardcore and I’m in it too. So I’m here to share. Here’s the thing ~ we’ll have times when our ego kicks in hardcore and all the stories will pop back up that separate us from support, love, and acceptance. Drop the stories and take accountability for the discomfort from an empowered space. There’s no need to control an experience with the mind. Let’s let go and embody trust + compassion. This is the repair work we’re all doing. Let’s chill on analyzing the shit out of everything. Here’s my perspective on why detaching is important for personal progress.
