For this episode, I decided to switch it up and do things a little differently. Since it’s the 10th episode I decided to look back on this podcasting journey and take a look at what I learned about awakening from others, and from my own personal research.

I speak about what awakening is and how it’s helped me in my life. And so far there are three areas:

  1. It has helped me to overcome my bouts depression and anxiety more easily.
  2. It has helped me to get out of my own way
  3. It has helped me to have faith and trust in something beyond myself.


But for this episode, I’m speaking specifically about how it’s helped me to manage my depression and anxiety.
