In this episode, Amanda shares the "Box Breathing Technique." She explains what this technique is and how it's beneficial. Before starting sit upright and look at your stomach while you breathe. Make sure when you breathe in your stomach rises for full lung expansion, if only your chest rises your breaths are too shallow. Box Breathing reduces stress and anxiety from daily life.
