Breath is life, and it is also used in so many different ways to accommodate your body no matter where you are at. You can use it to lower stress levels to help make you stronger while moving your body, slowing down heart rate, to helping you release any old stuck energy or trauma you might be hanging onto.
Movement is a way we have helped bring joy into our lives from dancing to what ever we do in the gym or studio. Our bodies need movement to keep healthy physically and mentally.
Vibration these days is a special tool to help move, and he stuck energy in the body, making you feel light and expansive.
All three of these modalities have that same thing in common, and that would be to move energy and bring more life into your body therefore, creating that bit of balance you might be looking for.
