This episode idea came up when I was coaching one of my clients through her experience dating and how that is translating over into her professional life. And I started seeing a ton of similarities in my own experience dating post divorce as well as my experience as a business owner.

  1. Being willing to put yourself out there and show up as you truly are not how you think you need to be in order to be liked. Know exactly what you want and what you don’t.
  2. Letting it be messy and imperfect and not being hard on yourself
  3. Feeling all the things that come up on the journey without shaming yourself
  4. Recognizing areas where you need to heal/grow (in business areas where you need to work on your mindset and limiting beliefs)
  5. Taking the entirety of experience one day at a time, not being attached to the outcome, loving yourself throughout
