A friend texted me today to tell me she no longer wishes to continue our friendship.  It got me thinking about the quote about a reason, a season, and a lifetime. It also got me thinking about friendships and how I show up! As adult women, I don't think we talk about friendships enough, but they are important. However, being friends with those you "click" with is important. If there is no click, don't force it. 

So, press play if you struggle in your female friendships, feel taken advantage of in your friendships, or if you take advantage of your friends.
