I think it’s just become overwhelming with clear that there are so many distractions I said how business is measured, but I think there’s a fundamental clarity that it must hi Back this mission vision and values. There should be a Northstar metric upon which all KPI’s rest under. And then you just need to find out what metrics underperforming, and bring on the right talent for the improving the metric through clearly defined goals.
