Viki Carpenter, Director and Founder of community interest company, The Association of Accessible Employers, (AAE), talks about what drives her passion for challenging and helping employers to make the workplace an environment where everyone can thrive. The AAE is a #SRAG (PeoplePlus Social Recruitment Advocacy Group) partner, providing Members with insight and support on actions they can take that quickly stack up benefits. Viki is also member of the #SRAG working group creating a toolkit of resources on Neurodiversity in the workplace alongside Morrison Water Services, Anglian Water and the PeoplePlus Social Value Solutions Manager, Dr Craig Corrigan.
