This episode is based on a sermon Mary gave at Tree of Life Community in Dayton, Ohio on the effects of technology and distraction on intimacy and friendship.  In this episode she touches on the gifts of friendship and intimacy and how the depth of such connections is threatened by our over-use of technology and the distractions associated with being connected 24/7.  In one of his poems Hafiz asks, "How can I be more loving?
