As a new teacher finding the right CPD can feel a bit like searching for a needle in a haystack.

There are many courses out there aimed at teachers- both online, in person. For free, and for a fee. Ones that will give you letters after your name, and ones that will just give you a certificate of attendance.

But this year in particular will see a host of new teachers looking to fill gaps that school closures may have left in their classroom experience. So what CPD is worth pursuing?
