Physicians are commonly feeling abused by the system. To avoid these feelings, this podcast suggests that all physicians should get their roles outlined in their contracts, especially what is expected at work. Rather than the typical fluff, we suggest physicians get in writing the facility's expectations, should as patient volume or number of surgeries.
