"How do I trust the pilots when I don’t know them, know their training, know if they are having a good/bad day, know if they’re extra tired, mentally stable, etc. (this might just be my own trust issues!)

What is happening in the cockpit during the flight? Playing chess? lol!

If the pilot uses the restroom, the FA switches places until pilot returns?

What do the chimes indicate?

What about the mechanics and maintenance crew? We have to trust them too? My anxiety is increasing by asking these questions! lol!
