What you consume, alters your reality. This is why movies have the ability to provoke such powerful emotions within us. Movies can inspire us. Make up feel anger. Sadness, joy, etc. If we can understand that feelings create our realities, then we can begin to understand why media consumption is so important. Movies, music, shows; they matter! Humans since the dawn of time have always told stories. Nothing must has changed expect the way we tell them today.
