I dived into the start of my running journey when I was challenged by a client to run a marathon. This was the start of how I built the epic community to support one another. No goal is too large, but you must believe you are capable. So many goals go unaccomplished due to not having the proper support in your corner. So go out there and find your tribe of people that will walk alongside you and cheer you on along the way! Every Person Is Courageous.
