Most of us have a default mode of doing. We are very proficient at doing. Doing mode is about being busy, to do lists, the strategy is to control. We know we are doing when our awareness is in our head.

We are either doing, or being. They are mutually exclusive.

We can not be and do at the same time.

When we experience cravings, our awareness is in our head. When we are 'doing' we are also in our head - we are more susceptible to sabotaging ourselves, giving into our cravings - that happens when we are in the doing energy.
