Will the covid-19 end up turning poor people into poorer people?  Unfortunately, the answer appeared to be YES. 

Disasters such as this pandemic always hurt the poor people mostly. They lose their health, homes, food, their way of life. Then they have to rebuild a life with fewer resources than they had before. 

 Poverty levels are rising for the first time since 1998 due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has deeply exacerbated income inequality.
