On this episode Joy gives flowers to Les Twins (dancers), Victoria Monet and her sold out tour, Coax Marie, Sabrina Ionesco (WNBA) and Lil Kim.  Chelsea takes a moment to give Joy & Imani ( Visual Creative Director/Photographer/Videographer) their flowers for the great work they're doing together. 

In 'One Nuance at a time' Joy & Chelsea discuss Pastor Jahmal Bryant and Bishop O.C. Allen and the black church in relationship to LGBTQIA+ community.  (SKIP TO 43:10 for next topic) Joy spends some time talking about what "The Church Reimagined" might look like. Joy educates on the writers and actors strike and discouraging young people from being creatives. Joy & Chelsea both express gratitude for the return of kidnapped young woman Carlee Russell while warning against good samaritan behavior.

In soft spaces, Chelsea expresses excitement about her upcoming birthday trip to Cancun, setting her phone on do not disturb and taking necessary breaks. Joy shares about having a panic attack last week but being able to ask for help and bounce back. Joy & Chelsea both emphasis the importance of mental health in the pursuit of life goals.
