Amanda and Fern interview Kat Hilton about her experience being diagnosed with cancer last year. Kat is a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) specialist, so she personally used it in order to cope with her experience. She shares about how she accepted and worked through her diagnosis, tips for others experiencing similar struggles or any chronic illness or pain.
