It was great to chat to Jane Day in this episode, exploring life and all it's curve balls and the importance of looking after ourselves.

Jane Day is the Centenary Enabler for the Baptist Union, working across Specialist Teams, Associations, colleges and churches to encourage and equip women in exercising their God-given gifting and leadership.  She is also a Tutor at Regents Park College, a Coach, Mentor and Spiritual Director.
