1. It started with a coach and a desire to tell my story in a way to help others! Addiction and recovery, co-parenting, my relationship with Jesus and my excitement for self improvement!

2. We all have decisions/choices in what we do! Choosing to use what I have been through and what I have learned from those experiences to help others see that they can be overcomers!

3. I took action and stepped out of my fears and comfort zone! It's not easy talking about addiction, co-parenting and self-improvement!
