Episode 1 is all about who I am as a person, a general introduction as well as an in depth description of everything I've been through which has brought me right here, to this very moment. 

I am a true believer in "everything happens for a reason" and if it wasn't for the obstacles and challenges I've gone through regarding life itself, finding myself and my wellness, I wouldn't be talking on this podcast today!
