Growing up in Gippsland, Nicola started her career in the operational side of Events and over the years transitioned into Marketing roles. Career progression brought with it travel across the country, before settling with her family in Geelong.

While her employed role was flexible to a degree, upon having her first child she found that the required travel wouldn’t work for her. It was the push she needed to follow her desire to work for herself and start her own business.

Nicola shares her journey from creating her business around a young family, to gaining confidence and growing with a strong working team around her.
