It was 2005 and a group of business leaders had a vision for this community.  

With jobs disappearing from the once-state owned healthcare facility, many thought the 100 acre property would continue to slip into disrepair and become an eyesore in Willmar...and it almost happened.

Businesses are the lifeblood of thriving communities and at the head of those businesses are entrepreneurial leaders with visions of a brighter future.
