How did we get here?  In the season premiere of season 2, Richard and Brad talk about the history of corruption in Saline County and how Dan Harmon became the Saline County Prosecutor.  All of which set the stage in the lead-up to the killing of Don Henry and Kevin Ives. These 2 boys of course would become known as "The Boys on the Tracks."
