In simple terms that means it can feel like you weigh five times your normal weight, and it can put the drivers under major physical strain. So how do drivers cope with the demands of an F1 season? Henry Howe has been the physical performance coach to Aston Martin driver, Lance Stroll, for four years. He tells Shourjo Sarkar how he prepares the Canadian for each race and the season ahead.
