Dr. Judy Castro, AVP Partnership Development, HSI Project Director, is responsible for the implementation of the 2.5 million Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) grant awarded by the Department of Education to Pacific Oaks College back in 2020. She shares her commitment in the implementation of the grant and takes to heart the meaning of serving the Latinx and underrepresented students
The name of this episode is very important …because it is not just about enrolling Latino students in educational institutions…..but it is about supporting the Latino students succeed in their academic journey and most importantly to know that THAT OUR LATINO STUDENTS MATTER.
