I had a great conversation with Cole Williams about his upcoming project The Fatherhood...Cole Williams is a motivational speaker, fatherhood consultant, facilitator, and the Co- Founder of The Delta Project and Most importantly, Cole is a father to seven sons. 

With his sons, Cole works with fathers and sons to provide life, leadership, and parenting skills, and to provide hope for families affected by the criminal justice system. Cole is a recognized leader in various family advocacy, education, foster care reform, and mentorship programs, from he Delta Project to the Michigan Adolescent Parenting Program to the Urban League Sons Program. 

In addition to his long experience mentoring young men, Cole’s own journey— from growing up fatherless, to becoming a single teenage father, to reuniting with his biological father, to fostering and adopting fatherless sons— gives him rich, first-hand experience of the deep challenges faced by fathers and sons.
