honestly i don’t know why this happens but i mostly overdo things so it just gets to me hard. but we can take care about it

how do i feel when im ill

hi there! since it is hard to stop talking about everything in my head, i came up with the idea of starting this podcast where i say it all out, the same way i say it to myself. so..i’m keeping all these saved as recordings.

none of my friends know i do recordings & talk to myself so i hope they don’t find this.

i know its its PHOENIX and not PHEONIX (i just pronounced it that way few years ago so..)
