In this solo episode, I am sharing how I hold safe space for my clients to have deep transformation and "go there" in ways they haven't been able to before. Holding safe space is an art and requires a specific skill set and true embodiment to facilitate in a way that honours safety without re-traumatizing a client. Trauma + safety have become buzzwords and have been thrown around and I want to bring us BACK to centre and get real about what this even means so we can expand our own awareness to discern how to hold our clients and create containers that IS truly SAFE.
