Sounds hokey, I get it. Like some holistic guru waved some crystals over your chakras and you suddenly decided to go agro-vegan. But seriously, isn't health about the entirety of you? And despite what we've always been told, isn't love of ourselves important? Perhaps even paramount?
Unhealthy relationships, conflict, loneliness. No matter how many squats you do at the gym, you'll still be unhealthy if you don't work on your relationship within yourself, with yourself.
