We are in the last quarter of the year and officially starting into the holiday season.

There are so many holidays coming up in the fall such as Halloween, Diwali, Rosh Hashana, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah or Christmas to name a few.

Many emotions can come up during holidays and at times it can feel overwhelming.

So, I decided that we should talk about how to process our emotions.

And I am not gonna lie…I get vulnerable on this episode.

See I am going to give you something of a case study in my own life of managing emotions.

I share several events, one in my business and one in my personal life where I found myself very hurt and angry.

I take you through the phases of emotions that I had from these events.

I take you through the lows and then the highs once I was able to heal.

I’ll share with you the real world resources informed both from my personal experiences and my 20 years in the mental health profession.

I’ll help you learn how you can take control of those hard emotions with compassion for yourself.

I am also offering some concrete tools you can use to help heal past these big feelings and how to allow yourself to be empathetic with yourself.
