Dan Hulbert can back up the content he shares through lessons and successes he has had over the last 20 years of being in and around property, construction and business. His journey started with the tools to start his own building contractors.
Through Dan's love of personal development, he found coaching and networking he went on to join business and property networks which eventually led him to start his own event called the Property Vault which was about helping people unlock property knowledge and it successfully ran for 4 years. Through networking and personal development, Dan realised that property investment would be a great fit as a long term investment strategy. He went on to build his portfolio using none of his own money where he made plenty of mistakes and had some great successes. He continues to add properties to his portfolio but his main focus is helping others achieve their goals through his coaching business.
