So I’ve been walking this same path for a year, and I keep crossing paths with this cute women. And I’m wondering how in the heck do I say “hi”? So I do a little visualization and… It turns out I’m a dork!

The girl. I don’t talk much about girls. I’m single. And I’m straight. So now and then I do pay attention to the female persuasion. So I’ve been walking a lot and for 6 months I’ve been crossing paths with this woman… This cute girl…
My friend Greg Beckett likes to say “when are you gonna start looking for women?” Cause I’ll say oh that’s a cute girl or cute girls… “Maybe if you’d start looking for women?”
Anyhow I’ve been very introverted as of late. So the last few times I walked by I was thinking “maybe I should say hi to her”. How do you say “hi” to someone who’s walking? How do joggers flirt with each other?
So I did a little visualization. And the next time I walked by… I got her name… I was such a dork… I asked “I see you walking all the time, do you work?”
It’s great being the controller of the podcast.
In regards to relationships and girls… and this may be a scar (vs a wound). I saw an x girlfriends insta feed… So she’s dating a kinda friend of mine and he’s such a good dude I couldn’t be upset along with some conflicting emotions lol. And this situation has happened to me before.
So I’m wondering is this a pattern? Is this about me? The insight: It’s not about me. That’s actually dating in small communities. That happens to everybody. That’s the nature of dating. And all of a sudden I was free of the ego.
