Researchers use animal testing in preclinical research in order to determine the overall safety of many new drugs, treatments, or other products.  The animal subjects trial these new medicines and treatments before companies can release them for human use. Basically, it’s necessary to test the effectiveness of these new drugs, treatments, or products on living creatures.  Therefore, researchers use animal models before moving forward with human use.
