Teachers’ unions across the world have been pushing back against school boards to rapidly reopen public schools.
Last week in France, public school teachers voted to strike over confusing and inconsistent back-to-school pandemic orders. In the United States, the threat of strikes in Chicago and elsewhere have forced school boards to rethink their plans.
