Insecurities are never from ourselves. When insecurities come our way, they're a hindrance to our mission as children (sons!) of God, and all of the amazingness that He has in store for us. HOW CAN WE HELP OTHERS IF WE'RE SO FOCUSED ON OUR OWN PROBLEMS?

We can't. BUT having our own problems is okay!! We need to be ok with that, and ask God to help us continue on through the mental trials. This episode holds some of the verses and the knowledge you need to stay focused.
