What does breaking the bias mean to you as a woman? 

In this episode, we talked about how we are all working and aiming to break biases against women with our special guest, Tessa Albea, from the One Down Media and Kumu USA team.

We also talked about our struggles with setting boundaries. We shared vulnerable stories about the times we failed to set boundaries and the times when we succeeded. We also shared times when other people set boundaries on us! :)
